Lead Analysts

Danielle Smith

Danielle Smith is a Homeland Security Analyst in ASERO Worldwide’s Tel Aviv office. She works on a variety of homeland security projects within the academic sector. Prior to joining ASERO, Ms. Smith was part of the Israel Defense Force and served in the Spokespersons division, where she worked closely with senior officials, diplomats and military attaches from around the world.

Ms. Smith has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History with specialization in International Relations from the University of California, Los Angeles. She received her Master of Arts in Government, specializing in the fields of Counterterrorism and Homeland Security from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.

Analyst

Alexandre Medor

Alexandre Medor is an experienced web developer, specializing in application and website development.  He founded and operates a development agency in the outskirts of Paris and well as a youth computer programming center.  Mr. Medor pursued a career in cyber security, noting interest and experience in application security and a broader understanding of communications. Mr. Medor holds a B.A. in Business Management and is certified in accounting and business management.

Analyst

Behouba Manassé Kouame

Mr. Behouba Manassé Kouame is a software engineer with considerable experience in backend development, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cross- platform mobile development.

In his previous role, Mr. Kouame served as an Open-Source Contributor with Google Summer of Code (CRIU), during which time he developed a forensic analysis tool for application container checkpoints and maintained responsibility for the maintenance and development of checkpointctl and go-crui on Github.

Prior to this, Mr. Kouame served as a Backend Developer for Bigostock responsible for developing internal CLI tools for tracking duplicate files, administration of Linux servers and testing and maintaining REST/API services.  He also served as an Full Stack Developer for Akwaba Express, Abidjan, where he implemented backend API endpoints in Go, wrote unit tests in Go and SQL queries and transactions and incorporated new features into a cross-platform mobile app written with Flutter.

Mr. Kouame holds a B.A. in Management and Computer Science in Technical Systems from Dagestan State Technical University in Russia and an M.A. in Software Development from Innopolis University in Russia.  He is fluent in French, English and Russian.

Tal Shema

Tal Shema is a Homeland Security Analyst in ASERO Worldwide’s Tel Aviv office. She works on a variety of homeland security projects within the threat assessment and information analysis sector.

Prior to joining ASERO, Ms. Shema worked as a research analyst at the Prime Minister’s Office where she transformed data into strategic insights.

Ms. Shema holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Criminology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. During a semester abroad at the University of Navarra, Spain, she delved into global politics and advanced her proficiency in the Spanish language.

Ms. Shema speaks Hebrew, English and Spanish.

Zach Messer

Zach Messer is a Marketing Consultant intern at ASERO Worldwide’s Tel Aviv office, focusing on market strategy development across various sectors for ASERO’s operations in English speaking Africa. Prior to ASERO, Mr Messer worked as a political consultant with Member of Knesset Ruth Wasserman Lande, working with politicians, lobby groups, and diplomatic foreign delegations.
Mr Messer holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Portsmouth. Mr Messer’s professional experience extends to the Pharmaceutical sector, where he worked for Sanofi in Regulatory Affairs dealing with Government Communications.

Dan-Eddy Partouche

Dan-Eddy Partouche is an Analyst offering capabilities in the development of market strategies for various sectors, with an emphasis on Africa. Prior to joining the ASERO, Mr. Partouche served in the French Armed Forces in the Pacific, where he was part of the Communication Division, working closely with military officials, diplomats, and senior representatives from Pacific powers.

Mr. Partouche holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Defense Studies from Sciences Po Aix and a Master’s degree in International Business from North Carolina State University. His professional experience includes working for major companies such as Thales, Sopra Steria, and Airbus Group, where he worked on projects related to Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) technology and visitor management systems, as well as contributing to innovative projects within startups.

Noa Nussbaum

Noa Nussbaum is an analyst at ASERO Worldwide, specializing in research, data mining, database development, and data manipulation. She is responsible for analyzing and visualizing data to derive valuable insights. Additionally, Ms. Nussbaum authors formal content for various projects.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Ariel University, with a minor in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
